La dur\u00e9e maximale de location est de 31 jours. It will always be the responsibility of the driver to pay the damages caused.<\/p><p><strong>MODIFICATIONS ET ANNULATIONS<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Changements:<\/strong> Le Client peut modifier ou changer sa r\u00e9servation, sans frais, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 48 jours avant le d\u00e9but de la location. De nouveaux tarifs de location peuvent s&#039;appliquer lors de la modification de la r\u00e9servation. Les m\u00eames canaux de communication que ceux utilis\u00e9s lors de la r\u00e9servation du v\u00e9hicule doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s.<\/p><p><strong>Annulations\u00a0:<\/strong> Le remboursement d\u00fb \u00e0 l&#039;annulation d&#039;une r\u00e9servation s&#039;effectuera comme suit : 100% jusqu&#039;\u00e0 120 heures avant le d\u00e9but de la location, 50% jusqu&#039;\u00e0 48 heures avant le d\u00e9but de la location et 25% jusqu&#039;\u00e0 moins de 48 heures. Les retours et annulations n\u2019incluent pas les frais.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>FRAIS DE NETTOYAGE<\/strong><\/p><p>Cleaning fee, to be charged between \u20ac50 and \u20ac150 if the returned vehicle is dirtier than its contractual use, particularly if its interior is dirty, muddy, with sand or a bad smell of tobacco.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>All our vehicles have a Non-Smoking policy.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><br \/><strong>ANIMAUX DOMESTIQUES<\/strong><\/p><p>Pets are allowed in 22AG Madeira rental vehicles as long as they are duly informed at the time of booking. Customers must keep pets in pet carriers and return the rental car clean and free of pet hair. If the returned vehicle is found to be dirty, due to non\/misuse of the animal carrier, an additional cleaning fee of \u20ac150 will be charged.<\/p><p><strong>DOMMAGES ET ACCIDENTS<\/strong><\/p><p>En cas d&#039;accident, contactez 22AG Madeira, afin qu&#039;il puisse conseiller le client tout au long du processus. Si cela est justifi\u00e9, il est recommand\u00e9 au client d&#039;appeler l&#039;assistance routi\u00e8re et\/ou les autorit\u00e9s de police (112), d&#039;appeler une ambulance en cas de bless\u00e9s, d&#039;obtenir des autres conducteurs concern\u00e9s : Nom, adresse et num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, Lettre num\u00e9ro de permis de conduire, date et lieu de d\u00e9livrance, marque, mod\u00e8le et immatriculation des autres v\u00e9hicules, police d&#039;assurance et compagnie d&#039;assurance.<br \/><strong>DOMMAGES CAUS\u00c9S PAR N\u00c9GLIGENCE<\/strong><\/p><p>As a result of using the wrong fuel, the customer will have to pay the following costs: Running out of fuel: \u20ac250; Wrong fuel, without causing damage to the mechanics or engine: \u20ac380 to \u20ac500, including towing (plus missing fuel);<\/p><p>Wrong fuel with damage to the mechanics or engine will be subject to a quote from a specialized mechanical workshop.<\/p><p>Other costs caused by negligence:<\/p><p>Dead battery due to negligence: \u20ac200;<\/p><p>Puncture and\/or damage that only destroys the tire: \u20ac175 to \u20ac400. In some cases, it may be necessary to buy two new tyres as Portuguese legislation does not allow vehicles with different tyres to circulate.<\/p><p>A fee will always be charged for damage, scratches or destruction of rims in the amount of \u20ac130 to \u20ac600, to be charged to the deposit, plus an administrative fee in the amount of \u20ac50 for handling the same.<\/p><p>While the vehicle is stopped due to any type of repair, a fee of \u20ac35 per day will be charged up to a maximum of \u20ac525 (15 days)<\/p><p>Loss of Keys \u20ac200 to \u20ac500.<\/p><p>An administrative fee of \u20ac50 will be charged for the treatment of damage caused by negligence.<\/p><p><strong>AIDE AU VOYAGE<\/strong><\/p><p>22AG Madeira propose un service d&#039;assistance routi\u00e8re 24h\/24 en cas de panne ou d&#039;accident : assurer le transport du v\u00e9hicule et de ses occupants jusqu&#039;au 22AG Madeira le plus proche. Il garantit \u00e9galement un v\u00e9hicule de remplacement \u00e9gal ou similaire dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de 24 heures.<\/p><p><strong>AMENDES ET VIOLATIONS DE LA CIRCULATION<\/strong><\/p><p>The payment of traffic fines or infractions during the rental period are the responsibility of the lessee. An administrative fee of \u20ac50 per infraction will be charged for handling fines. These administration fees are paid in addition to the amount of the fines, and the customer is fully responsible for paying them in full.<\/p><p><strong>COUVERTURE &amp; RESPONSABILIT\u00c9 CIVILE<\/strong><\/p><p>The rental rates include the coverage of the Compulsory Car Insurance and Civil Liability for damages against third parties arising from the use and circulation of the vehicle. 22AG Madeira offers two additional options: Medium and Premium. (Coverage for the driver of the vehicle and all occupants), which can be added when booking.<\/p><p>22AG Madeira is not responsible for theft, theft or damage to customer objects that are inside the vehicle.
