The driver must be at least 19 years old and have a valid driving license for at least one year (12 months). There is no maximum age. Ap\u00f3s a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de inexist\u00eancia de danos ou custos, inerentes ao contrato de aluguer, o dep\u00f3sito da franquia ser\u00e1 reembolsado atrav\u00e9s do mesmo meio utilizado para o pagamento da mesma.<\/p><p><strong>EXTRAS COMPLEMENTARES<\/strong><\/p><p>As viaturas podem estar equipadas com extras opcionais que estar\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos no pre\u00e7o final, desde que sejam selecionados aquando a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da reserva.<\/p><p><strong>SERVI\u00c7OS EXTRAS<\/strong><\/p><p>Os pre\u00e7os dos servi\u00e7os extras s\u00e3o exibidos na p\u00e1gina de reserva.<br \/><strong>POL\u00cdTICA DE COMBUST\u00cdVEL<\/strong><\/p><p>The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel it was delivered with. If it is not returned with the same amount, the missing fuel will be charged. The calculation of this amount will be \u20ac25 for each quarter of the missing deposit. The missing amount will be communicated by 22AG Madeira to the customer when returning the Vehicle. An administrative fee of \u20ac50 will be charged for restocking. 22AG Madeira is not responsible for damages caused due to mistake in the type of fuel that is supplied. It will always be the responsibility of the driver to pay the damages caused.<\/p><p><strong>ALTERA\u00c7\u00d5ES E CANCELAMENTOS<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong> O Cliente pode modificar ou alterar a sua reserva, gratuitamente at\u00e9 48 antes do aluguer ter in\u00edcio. Novos pre\u00e7os de aluguer podem ser aplicados ao modificar a reserva. Dever\u00e1 ser usado os mesmos canais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o que foram usados na reserva do ve\u00edculo.<\/p><p><strong>Cancelamentos:<\/strong> A devolu\u00e7\u00e3o devida ao cancelamento de uma reserva ser\u00e1 feita do seguinte modo: 100% at\u00e9 120h antes do in\u00edcio do aluguer, 50% at\u00e9 48h antes do in\u00edcio do aluguer e 25% at\u00e9 menos de 48 horas. As devolu\u00e7\u00f5es e cancelamentos n\u00e3o incluem taxas<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>TAXA DE LIMPEZA<\/strong><\/p><p>Cleaning fee, to be charged between \u20ac50 and \u20ac150 if the returned vehicle is dirtier than its contractual use, particularly if its interior is dirty, muddy, with sand or a bad smell of tobacco.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Todos os nossos ve\u00edculos t\u00eam uma pol\u00edtica de N\u00e3o-fumantes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><br \/><strong>ANIMAIS DE ESTIMA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p><p>Pets are allowed in 22AG Madeira rental vehicles as long as they are duly informed at the time of booking. Customers must keep pets in pet carriers and return the rental car clean and free of pet hair. If the returned vehicle is found to be dirty, due to non\/misuse of the animal carrier, an additional cleaning fee of \u20ac150 will be charged.<\/p><p><strong>DANOS E ACIDENTES<\/strong><\/p><p>Em caso de acidente contactar a 22AG Madeira, para que possa aconselhar o cliente em todo o processo. Caso se justifique, recomenda-se ao cliente ligar para a Assist\u00eancia em Viagem e\/ou para as autoridades Policiais (112), chamar ambul\u00e2ncia em caso que existam feridos, obter dos outros condutores envolvidos: Nome, morada e n\u00ba de telefone, N\u00ba carta de condu\u00e7\u00e3o, data e local de emiss\u00e3o, marca, modelo e matr\u00edcula dos outros ve\u00edculos, Ap\u00f3lice de seguro e companhia de seguros<br \/><strong>DANOS CAUSADOS POR NEGLIG\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p><p>As a result of using the wrong fuel, the customer will have to pay the following costs: Running out of fuel: \u20ac250; Wrong fuel, without causing damage to the mechanics or engine: \u20ac380 to \u20ac500, including towing (plus missing fuel);<\/p><p>Wrong fuel with damage to the mechanics or engine will be subject to a quote from a specialized mechanical workshop.<\/p><p>Other costs caused by negligence:<\/p><p>Dead battery due to negligence: \u20ac200;<\/p><p>Puncture and\/or damage that only destroys the tire: \u20ac175 to \u20ac400. In some cases, it may be necessary to buy two new tyres as Portuguese legislation does not allow vehicles with different tyres to circulate.<\/p><p>A fee will always be charged for damage, scratches or destruction of rims in the amount of \u20ac130 to \u20ac600, to be charged to the deposit, plus an administrative fee in the amount of \u20ac50 for handling the same.<\/p><p>While the vehicle is stopped due to any type of repair, a fee of \u20ac35 per day will be charged up to a maximum of \u20ac525 (15 days)<\/p><p>Loss of Keys \u20ac200 to \u20ac500.<\/p><p>An administrative fee of \u20ac50 will be charged for the treatment of damage caused by negligence.<\/p><p><strong>ASSIST\u00caNCIA EM VIAGEM<\/strong><\/p><p>A 22AG Madeira disponibiliza em caso de avaria ou acidente, um servi\u00e7o de Assist\u00eancia em Viagem 24h: garantindo o transporte da viatura e dos seus ocupantes para a 22AG Madeira mais pr\u00f3xima. Assegura tamb\u00e9m uma viatura de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o igual ou similar num prazo m\u00e1ximo de 24h.<\/p><p><strong>MULTAS DE TRANSITO E INFRA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/strong><\/p><p>The payment of traffic fines or infractions during the rental period are the responsibility of the lessee. An administrative fee of \u20ac50 per infraction will be charged for handling fines. These administration fees are paid in addition to the amount of the fines, and the customer is fully responsible for paying them in full.<\/p><p><strong>COBERTURA E RESPONSABILIDADE CIVIL<\/strong><\/p><p>The rental rates include the coverage of the Compulsory Car Insurance and Civil Liability for damages against third parties arising from the use and circulation of the vehicle. 22AG Madeira offers two additional options: Medium and Premium. (Coverage for the driver of the vehicle and all occupants), which can be added when booking.<\/p><p>22AG Madeira is not responsible for theft, theft or damage to customer objects that are inside the vehicle.
